iBook Service
For account customers, iBook makes managing your account easy. The main features of the service are:
- The ability to book taxis online, without the need to involve a telephonist. The bookings are sent to our controller immediately, who will then despatch the job to the driver via GPS. Consequently, you will benefit from peace of mind that the booking details are correct.
- The ability to search for all bookings made. This is useful for both auditing purposes and checking what details you have entered, in case you need to make changes.
- The ability for account holders to create departments and create users in those departments to book taxis. This means you have control over who can, and cant, book taxis. Moreover, the search facility allows you to audit the bookings.
- There is no need to send us booking confirmations, resulting in massive savings, better productivity, and less of an environmental impact.
