The idea of standing outside in the wet and cold waiting for a taxi is unlikely to appeal to anyone. Fortunately, with our Callback service you won’t have to as we will call you as your taxi is about to arrive. All you have to do is ask for Call Back when you are on the phone to one of our telephonists. The service is completely free and is just one of our many ways of trying to make your life easier.
How does the callback system work?
- You call our telephonist and they will put callback on your booking (this is done automatically, unless your number is withheld).
- Your booking is sent to the operator ready for despatch
- Your booking is then despatched to the driver using the GPRS network and GPS technology
- Driver receives the booking on his computer and drives to your location
- As the driver is about to approach your location, he will press a button on his computer that will automatically send a signal to our server so that it will call you, using the number supplied on our booking system
